How to Request a Return (Simple 3-Step Process)
We keep returns straightforward so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email us at info@viellacalifornia.com with your:

Order number

Full name and address
-
Reason for return
We will send you the official return form along with the correct return address.
Step 2 — Ship Your Items
After your return request is approved:

Print and include the return form inside the package

Make sure all items are securely packaged

Mark the parcel clearly as “Return”

Ship using a tracked and insured carrier

Email us the tracking information so we can monitor the shipment
Step 3 — Receive Your Refund
Once your return arrives at our processing center and is inspected, your refund will be issued within five business days to your original payment method.
What Can Be Returned
You may return your items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following criteria:

Items must be unused and unworn

Items must be in original, sealable packaging

No signs of wear, odors, stains, or damage

All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included
We cannot accept or refund items that do not meet these conditions.
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please email us right away so we can resolve it.
Important Return Information (Please Read Before Sending Your Package)
To maintain fair pricing and keep our products accessible, returns are processed at our overseas facility.
Return Shipping Location
All returns are processed in Asia, and return packages must be shipped to this location.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on the carrier and location, these costs may be around $50 USD.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Items
We cannot accept returns that:

Show signs of use or wear

Are not in original packaging

Are damaged due to improper return packaging

Are returned without an approved return form
Packages sent without tracking or insurance are at the sender’s risk.
We cannot refund lost or untracked return shipments.
Returns on Bundle Discounts
If your order included a bundle or multi-buy offer (for example: “2 for $60”), the discount only applies when all items in the bundle are kept.
If you return part of the bundle:

The discount is void
-
Kept items revert to their full original price
-
The refund is adjusted accordingly
Example:
Bundle: 2 items for $60
Regular price: $40 each
If one item is returned, the kept item is charged at $40.
Refund: $60 − $40 = $20
